We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Our order minimum is $50. There is no minimum for In-Store-Pick-Up orders.
Orders below $50 will incur a $10 processing surcharge plus shipping charges. This fee is not refundable. This fee does not apply to orders picked up in our store.
New York State sales tax of 8.875% applies to all orders shipped to addresses within New York State.
Contact us if you have a Resale Certificate or Tax Exempt Certificate. A copy of these documents must be faxed to us before every order placed. Taxes will be modified after your order is placed. Taxes can not be modified after the order has shipped.
All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are excepted on these items.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Orders placed after 3 P.M. EST will begin to process on the following business day.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
Processing time does not include package transit times.
Rush Orders: If you require that your order be processed and shipped on the same day please call to verify it is possible.
Messenger delivery is available in Manhattan only and is subject to availability. Orders are generally delivered the next business day if your order is placed before 3 P.M. EST and products are available to ship. You must specify a range of time that the order can be delivered. If we can not fulfill your requests in the given time, we will alert you.
In-Store-Pick-Up items will be ready the next business day if placed before 3 P.M. EST. To pick up your order, bring a copy of the jamaligarden.com receipt and the credit card the order was placed with. You can print a copy of your receipt through our web site. You must specify a date and time that you will pick up your order by.
In-Store-Pick-Up items will be held for 5 days only. If you order is not picked in that time your order will be canceled.
You may cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped for a full refund. All cancellation requests must be made by contacting customer service. We do not accept cancellation requests via email. You can not cancel your order if we have delivered your package to our shipping agent. If your order has been shipped and you would like to cancel, you will have to wait till it is delivered. You will then have to submit a Return Authorization. Your order will then be subject to our Return Policy. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Shipping charges are calculated and added at the time your order is prepared at our shipping location. A shipping quote will not appear during the checkout process. For a shipping quote, please contact us with the following: destination zip code, requested delivery date, is the destination a residential address, and the list of products you are interested in.
Shipping charges average about 15% - 20% of your order total, but may vary more or less based on the products and its final destination. Shipping charges are updated and added after your order has been processed. All final charges and tracking numbers will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been shipped.
We ship only to the following locations: the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. Exact delivery times for Hawaii and Alaska cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for delivery when shipping to these destinations.
We ship all packages with FedEx. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service only.
All of our packages are sent with FedEx or the USPS. We do not ship any orders using customer account numbers.
Shipping charges are non- refundable.
Shipping times do not include the time it takes process your order.
If a package is undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. We will then issue a credit for only the products.
Delivery times do not include the time to process your order.
FedEx Ground deliveries (to commercial addresses) occur from Monday to Friday, except during holidays. Ground times are not guaranteed.
FedEx Home Delivery (to residential addresses) occur from Tuesday to Saturday except during holidays. Ground times are not guaranteed.
USPS deliveries occur Monday - Saturday except on holidays.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before sending any items back. All non-authorized return packages will be refused and sent back to you.
All Return Authorizations requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be received within 10 days of having the RMA # issued.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
A restocking fee of 15% applies to ALL returned items.
Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, sellable condition, determined by jamaligarden.com, to receive credit. Items not meeting these criteria will not be credited and will not be sent back to the customer.
A copy of the Return Authorization must be included with your return. Failure to include this will delay processing of your return.
All packages returned must have the Return Authorization Number clearly written on ALL visible sides of the package. If it is not visible your package will be refused.
Please save the tracking numbers for packages you are shipping back to us. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.
You may use any shipping agent you like to ship your return back to us. We recommend FedEx or UPS as they provide real-time tracking of all shipped packages.
You will be notified via email once your return is received and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days after this email to see the credit applied to your account.
Broken / Incorrect / Exchange Item Policy
If an item is received broken or incorrect, you must submit a claim within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
Claims are processed in 1-2 business days.
All replacements for broken and incorrect items are shipped via FedEx Ground only to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Breakage claims for Alaska and Hawaii will only receive a credit, not replacements, for the damaged products. Incorrect item claims for Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using the USPS.
We do not send replacements for broken items or incorrect items using any expedited service.
You may request a credit for the cost of the broken or incorrectly shipped item in place of a replacement.
Replacements are sent without billing the customer any additional charges.
If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to the customer. Once we receive the item, we will then ship the correct item.
You may exchange items in your order that are returnable. You must contact us within 7 days to arrange for an exchange. The 15% restocking fee is waived for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back.
Information submitted to jamaligarden.com is never sold or reported to any outside party. It is used to facilitate an enjoyable user experience during your time spent on our site. The information tracked on our site is used to further enhance our web site and your shopping experience.
