Sales and Return Policy

All orders placed online at use 128 bit ssl encryption to safely and securely transmit data between the customer and our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

New Jersey sales tax of 6.625% applies to all orders shipped to addresses within New Jersey.

Contact us if you have a resale certificate or tax exempt certificate. Please fax us a copy of these documents before you place your order. Taxes will be modified after your order is placed. Taxes cannot be modified after your order has shipped. Create an account on our website to have your tax information kept on file for future orders.

All sale items are final sale. Items that cannot be returned are final sale. No returns or exchanges are excepted on these items.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Processing time does not include package transit times.

Rush orders: if you require that your order be processed and shipped on the same day please call to verify it is possible.

Messenger delivery is available in Manhattan only and is subject to availability. Orders are generally delivered the next business day if your order is placed before 3 p.m. EST and if products are available to ship. You must specify a range of time that the order can be delivered. If we can not fulfill your requests in the given time, we will alert you.

In-Store Pick Up orders will be ready for pick up the next business day if the order is placed before 3 pm. EST. To pick up your order, you must bring a copy of the order confirmation and the credit card the order was placed with. You must specify a date and time that you will pick up your order by.

In-Store Pick Up orders will be held for 5 days only. If your order is not picked up within that time, your order will be canceled.

You may cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped for a full refund. All cancelation requests must be made by calling customer service at 201.869.1333. We do not accept cancelation requests via email. You cannot cancel your order once we've delivered your package to our shipping agent. If your order has been shipped and you would like to cancel, you will have to take delivery and then request a return authorization. Your order will be subject to our Return Policy. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.


We do not accept returns at our store locations. This includes orders picked up from our 28th Street store. All returns must be made to our web shipping location at 2201 74th Street, North Bergen, NJ 07047.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before sending any items back. All non-authorized returned packages will be refused and sent back to you. All return authorization requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be received by us within 10 days of having the RAN issued. Sale items and non-returnable items are final sale and cannot be returned. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned items. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, sellable condition, determined by to receive credit. Items not meeting these criteria will not be credited and will not be sent back to the customer.

  • A copy of the Return Authorization must be included with your return. Failure to include this will delay the processing of your return.
  • All Packages Returned Must Have The Return Authorization Number Clearly Written On All Visible Sides Of The Package. If It Is Not Visible Your Package Will Be Refused.
  • Please Save The Tracking Numbers For Packages You Are Shipping Back To Us. We Are Not Responsible If Your Package Is Lost In Transit.
  • You May Use Any Shipping Agent You Like To Ship Your Return Back To Us. We Recommend Fedex Or Ups As They Provide Real-Time Tracking Of All Shipped Packages.
  • You Will Be Notified Via Email Once Your Return Is Received And Processed. Please Allow 3-5 Business Days After This Email To See The Credit Applied To Your Account.


Sales Tax Collection and Request for Sales Tax Exempt Certificate Policy

In 2018 the Supreme Court ruled that states could require businesses that do not have a physical presence in their state, to collect and remit sales tax. Since then, many states have enacted legislation requiring just that.

Jamali Garden is working to comply with these requirements. In doing so, realize you may be affected. We will soon start to collect sales tax in your state.

If you have a valid Sales Tax Exemption form from your State, please email it to us at [email protected]. A Resale Certificate, a Retail Sales Tax Permit, or Exempt Use Certificate are a few examples of acceptable tax-exempt certificates.

If you have already provided a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate or form, you may ignore this email.

No online orders will be exempted from sales tax if we do not have a copy of your exemption on file. A Resale or Tax Exempt certificate must be submitted before or when the order is placed. No adjustments can be made to any tax charged after your order is processed.

Please note that a Certificate of Authority, Business License or Business Registration, Form SS-4, Tax ID#, FEIN# are not and will not be considered valid for sales tax exemption.
