Sales Policy

All orders placed online at use 128 bit SSL encryption to safely and securely transmit data between the customer and our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

New Jersey sales tax of 7% applies to all orders shipped to addresses within New Jersey. Contact us if you have a resale certificate or tax exempt certificate. Please fax us a copy of these documents before you place your order. Taxes will be modified after your order is placed. Taxes charged cannot be modified or refunded after your order has shipped. Create an account  to have your tax information kept on file for future orders.

All sale items are final sale. Items that cannot be returned are final sale. No returns or exchanges are excepted on these items.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Processing time does not include package transit times.

Rush orders: if you require that your order be processed and shipped on the same day please call us at 201.869.1333 call to confirm it is possible.

Messenger Delivery is available in Manhattan only and is subject to availability. Orders are generally delivered the next business day if your order is placed before 3 p.m. EST and products are available to ship. You must specify a range of time that the order can be delivered. If we cannot fulfill your requests in the given time, we will alert you.

In-Store Pick Up orders will be ready for pick up the next business day if placed before 3 p.m. EST. To pick up your order, bring a copy of the receipt and the credit card the order was placed with. You can print a copy of your receipt through our web site. You must specify a date and time that you will pick up your order by. In-Store Pick Up orders will be held for 5 days only. If you order is not picked up within that time your order will be canceled.

You may cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped for a full refund. All cancelation requests must be made by calling customer service at 212.996.5534. We do not accept cancelation requests via email. You can not cancel your order if we have delivered your package to our shipping agent. If your order has been shipped and you would like to cancel, you will have to wait till it is delivered. You will then have to submit a return authorization. Your order will then be subject to our return policy. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Broken/Incorrect/Exchange Policy

If you receive an item broken or receive an incorrect item, you must submit a claim with 3 business days of receiving your order. Claims are processed in 1-2 business days. Replacements are shipped via FedEx Ground only to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Breakage claims for Alaska and Hawaii will only receive a credit, not replacements for the damaged products. Incorrect item claims for Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the USPS. We do not ship any replacements for broken or incorrect items using any expedited service. You may request a credit for the cost of the broken or incorrect item you received in place of a replacement. Replacements are sent at no extra cost to you. If we sent you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to you. 

You may exchange only items in your order that are returnable. All claims for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of your order delivery. The 15% restocking fee is waived for all exchanges. You, the customer are responsible to pay the shipping costs for all returns and exchanges you are shipping back to us.
